That’s right – shipping is on me for all Rise Again set orders within Canada and the USA. Plus, if you bring home two or more journals, I’ll cover the shipping for those too! If you’re just after one journal, there will be a flat shipping rate of $10 added at checkout. Once your order’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, it’s unfortunately too late to make any modifications.
To keep this journey smooth, here are some friendly tips:
1. Take a moment to double-check your order—it’s like a final checklist for your treasures.
2. Review your shipping and contact info—postal codes, apartment numbers, emails—making sure everything’s spot-on.
3. Sending a gift? Confirm your recipient’s address and add a sweet note at checkout—I’ll make sure it’s included.
4. If time’s of the essence, plan ahead. While every shipping carrier does its best, unexpected things (like weather or strikes) can happen, causing a day or two delay. Give yourself a cushion.
Remember, once marked delivered, I can’t control it. But if there’s a hiccup, I’m here to help kickstart a service ticket with the shipping carrier.
In the unfortunate event that your order does a little return trip—whether it’s due to an unclaimed local post office stint, missing info, or a dance with Canada Post’s or USPS’s return-to-sender — please note the following:
Once a package gets the return ticket, it’s on its way back to me. Unfortunately, no last-minute stops are allowed, not even with a service ticket. These return journeys can take a bit, so patience is key.
If you’re up for a second round, after fixing any hiccups, I’ll shoot over an invoice for a fresh shipping label. Once that’s settled, your order’s off on its redemption voyage. 🙂
If you rather skip it all together, a refund is an option. It will be initiated once the returned package is received. Keep in mind, there’s a surcharge of 20% to cover the extra shipping charges by Canada Post and USPS.
